What exactly is a leads group?

It's a group of business professionals who meet on a regular basis to refer business to each other in a structured environment. Most leads groups, including CA$H, limit membership to one company for each product or service category. This ensures that no member will compete with another within the group. Members are expected to use their existing networks to gather a minimum number of qualified leads (prospective customers or jobs) to refer to other members of the group. A "qualified lead" is one where the prospective customer expects a phone call from the member providing the service.

A leads group is an excellent way to grow your business through word-of-mouth referrals. Whether your business is new or established, a leads group can send you a stream of customers as well as grow your network and reputation.

Everytime our group meets everyone is given the opportunity to give a "30 second commercial" about their business, who their prospective customers are and to describe the products or services they offer.  This is a good way for other members to learn about your business and help give them a good idea what type of clientelle you are looking for.
