There is a reason why this leads group has stayed together for such a long time and is the best leads group in Denver: they care about each other and the success of their businesses.  As I look around the room each week I see people asking about business and personal issues, I see people listening and trying to help whenever possible.  It’s the little things like sending cards and gifts when one of the members is ill or has lost a loved one.  It’s showing up to special events like grand openings and ribbon cuttings and seminars. While we are a business group with a purpose, it’s all about people.

Not only do we care about each other personally but we try to pass good leads that will build each other’s businesses. We work at training our “CA$H referral source” on what we do and what a good lead looks like for us. We meet one on one and get in depth knowledge of what it takes to give good leads.

Last but not least, we have fun! We purposefully build in fun time and celebrations into our meetings and schedule at least 4 group social events each year.
